Boots!

Bax has some new ones that they call "Regency."  I had to run over and buy a pair.  One pair.  Well, OK, two pair actually, but no more.  The price was much less than what I would expect for boots of this quality.  I don't know if they plan to raise it, but I think I won't wait too long to go back for another pair.  (But just one.  Really.)

I was wearing my Lang dress from ColdLogic when I tried them on.  I didn't expect the combination to work out so well, but once I had the boots on I was surprised at how much I liked it.  There is something about black with pink.  It's a bit... dangerous.  :)

I went exploring at Java Island.  It's billed as a place for couples, and I can see why.  Lots and lots of places to dance.  Rather than building one big dance floor where everybody parties, they have lots of smaller, more intimate spaces.

One area had what looked like a winter theme.  (Am I preparing myself for cooler weather?)  Maybe it was just a night backdrop, with stars and stars and more stars.  And hearts, to make it all romantic and such.

Here is another area that is nicely built, in a middle-eastern theme.  There are what appear to be minarets, and these small domed dance areas that are just big enough for a couple.  In this picture I'm standing on one, and you can see another in the background.

There are also cuddles here and there.  I didn't find anything racier (ahem), but then I wasn't really looking....

All in all, it's a good place to take your sweetie if you don't want to dance in a crowd.
